Starting Seeds
Most of our flowers are started from seed, some purchased, some saved from flowers at the end of their growing season. We either direct sow our seeds into the field or we start the seeds indoors under shop lights. We get a jump start on the summer growing season by starting our flower seeds indoors in February and March and transplanting the seedlings to the field after the last frost date, usually around April 15th here in NC.
